This year, I’ve been juggling a few projects. One of them has involved helping out my friend Jasmine with starting up her business, Betty Le Bonbon. We’ve been working hard to earn a place in the online market as the bespectacled, quirky, fabulous sister of the more predictable bombshell pinup.
Our plan all along has been to devote a percentage of our profits to charity. As our first act of good karma, we’re selling these red circle skirts with pockets – $20 from each sale will go to Autism Awareness Australia. It’s a cause close to the Betty Le Bonbon business, as Jasmine, the founder, is the sole parent of an autistic child.
For those of you who may be concerned about how the charity’s money is spent, I can assure you it’s not for medical research or animal testing. The money is used to help struggling families with autistic children to cope a little better. This includes paying medical bills, buying learning aids and other such things.
Please show your support by sharing this post/information and or buying one of the skirts here at the Betty Le Bonbon web store!
Again, here is the link to purchase a skirt. And in case you’re wondering… Those are photos of me!
